CURSE OF ENCHANTIA
Complete Solution by Graeme Beaven

There are many hidden coins and gems to be found in this game which are
not listed in the following solution. While these items are not needed
to finish the game, they will add to your overall total points score.
CASTLE
You start out chained to a wall inside a dungeon. The first thing to do
is to call out for help. Now pick up the key that is dropped on the
floor and use it on the manacles. Push the loose brick behind you and
pick up the paper clip and insert it into the keyway to open the door.
Collect the fish bowl and walk to the left picking up the diamonds and
coins along the way.
WATER
Wear the fish bowl and then push the fish caught in the metal fence.
Look at the mud patch near the shop and pick up the worm and give it to
the shopkeeper. Now walk over to the electric eels and the fish that
you released earlier will drop a shell. Give this shell to the tortoise
and it will get you past the eels. Collect the stun gun in the nearby
weeds and shoot the shark. You must time your shot exactly and then
walk forward. Repeat this a few more times to get past the shark and
then jump over the clam as it closes and insert the stun gun into the
sink plug.
CAVES
Pick up the Seaweed on the right and then push the button to enter the
caves. Collect as many rocks as you can and take them to the Rock
Meditation Guru. After you have given him four of each size rock, he
will then give you some string. Now go to the cave with four gopher
holes and look in each of them. Look once again inside the right hand
hole and collect the sticks that are hidden within. Now go to the
nearby cave and pick up the computer monitor.
Just outside this cave, you will notice a small copper coin shining as
the wall vibrates. Collect the coin and then go over to the cave with
the large rock and plank. Pick up the plank and then put it down on the
rock. Stand close to the plank edge and then throw the computer monitor
and you will be catapulted up to the ledge allowing you to pick up the
magnet.
Jump down and then go back to the cave where you picked up the monitor
and join the string with the magnet and then throw the magnet into the
hole to get the spool. Go back to the area with the sludge monster, and
tie the spool onto the eye bolts and collect the piece of sludge that
gets left behind. Now go to the wishing well and throw the coin and
collect the cap. Wear the cap to walk past the falling rocks and then
jump into the bucket. Join the sludge with both the seaweed and the
sticks and then wear this mixture and you will be raised up out of the
caves.
OUTSIDE
Walk along until you meet a bandit who will attack you and drop his
sword. Pick up the sword and then fight with it and collect the
bandit's money.
TOWN
You can enter Frank's Foods and buy some food, but this isn't necessary
to finish the game. The pub owner won't allow you in, so continue on to
the crossroads and pick up the coin and diamond behind the fountain.
Now go to the left to Sally the fortune teller and give her some money
and she will tell you to visit the Mage. Go back to the fountain and
head North and give the Mage some money, and he will magically send you
to the cliff side.
CLIFF SIDE
Walk to the right and pick up the gloves then push the large boulder and
jump over it. Push the wall buttons 1, 2 and 4 then continue on and
pick up the Rope. After you wear the gloves and push the skeleton out
of the way, you must then wait until the falling rocks stop for a moment
and then quickly run into the first crevice for protection. When the
rocks stop once more, run into the next crevice and pick up the chewing
gum.
Walk to the right and then wear the gum on your head and a small rock
will fall down and stick to it. Now throw this small rock at the large
overhead boulder and it will fall onto the path and allow you to cross
the ravine. Continue on and throw the rope at the end of the path and
then jump onto it. Now look at the plaque on the wall and then push it
to get the words "Open Sesame". Go over to the end of the path and say
"Open Sesame" and then enter the cave and say "Hi". You will now be
shown what you must collect to defeat in order to defeat Enchantia and
then you will be sent back into Town.
BACK IN TOWN
Go to the Fortune Teller once more and give her some Money. Now go back
to the Central Fountain and head East to Benn's Costume Shop. Go inside
and give the owner some money and collect the dress. Walk into the
change room and wear the dress and a door will then open. Go through
this door and you will then enter the Ice Section.
ICE PART 1
Pick up the nearby Plank and then throw it over the hole where you see
the jumping fish. Collect the fish and then walk along the frozen river
and pick up the can of deoderant and then wear it. Now go over to the
Eskimo and give him the fish and collect his fishing rod. Visit the
snow monster and then say "Hi" to the nearby walrus. Exit this area
until your disk drive activates and then go back to the snow monster
once again and now there will be some snowballs nearby. Pick them up
and throw one of them at the snow monster. Now go to the solid ice
block with the creature inside and attack it with the fishing rod. You
will now start a fire which will melt the ice. Pick up the rock in the
ashes when the fire goes out and then go back near the area where you
first started and walk over the bridge that is created by the sleeping
walrus. Call out "Help" and then enter through the hole that is created
for you.
ICE PART 2
Jump in the boat and you will get half way across the water and then
swim back again. Now throw the rock into the water and a friendly Sea
Monster will come. Jump on it's back and you will be taken across the
water to the Ice Palace.
ICE PALACE
Notice the four icicles to the right of the locked door. Push them in
order from the shortest to the longest and the door will open. Go
inside and pick up the broom. Now pick up the dice and throw them to
open a door in the long passageway. A few doors will open at random
according to the number thrown by the dice. Enter the available rooms
and then go back and throw the dice again and repeat the procedure until
you have collected all of the following items: Megaphone, Icicle, Car
Jack, Ice Cube, Magnifying Glass and a Gun. To collect the Gun and
Icicle, attack them with the broom and you will knock them down to the
ground.
Now insert the Gun into the Holster on the left hand pulley in the
corridor. The chain on the other side will drop down and allow you to
pick up both the Grease Bottle and a Glass. Now go to the end of the
corridor and pick up the Whistle. (If the Whistle isn't there, then go
into the room at the side and then return to the corridor). Join the
Whistle with the Megaphone and Fight with the Megaphone and then jump
through the hole. Insert the Magnifying Glass into the hole underneath
the Laser. Then insert the Ice Cube into the next hole, insert the
Icicle into the next hole and finally insert the Glass into the last
hole to shut down the Laser. Now insert the Car Jack into the hole in
the wall and you can now exit this section.
THRONE ROOM
Wait until the Evil Witch turns Yellow, and then jump up and move
forward. Repeat this until you reach the Throne, and you will then end
up inside the Ice Maze.
ICE MAZE
Walk towards the door and a huge hand will come out and grab you. Wear
the bottle of grease to escape, and continue on through all the doors
until you see a box of matches on the floor. Pick up the matches and
continue on until you enter a room with a big green monster. Hide
behind the centre pillar and wait until the monster falls asleep. (Keep
doing this if he ever wakes up). Use the matches with the monster's
Foot and then attack the monster with the matches to get rid of him.
Pick up the Fire Extinguisher and you will then be taken back into Town.
BACK IN TOWN
Go once again to see Sally the Fortune Teller and give her some more
money. Now go to the Mage as Sally suggests and give him some more
money and he'll then disguise you as a Pig. Now walk back to Sally's
Place and walk past the nearby Guard into the Scrap Yard.
THE SCRAP YARD
Walk to the left from the Band and pick up a piece of hair from behind
the large pile. You cannot do anything with the letter at the moment so
continue left past the volcano and pick up the silver tray. Now go back
to the Band and go South to the man with the ghetto blaster. Go to the
right and insert the hair into the sniffling monster and pick up the pen
and a stamp from the pile of pens nearby. Now go to the right and pick
up a sock from the pile of socks and continue on and pick up a blank
cassette from the pile of tapes. Walk past the ship and use the sock
with some coins from the pile and then go over and fight the robot to
get rid of him.
Go inside the ship and pick up one of the planks. Now walk with this
plank until you are near to the centre of the screen and push the plank.
The idea here is to drop the plank so that it falls across the water's
edge parallel to the bottom of the screen. Just keep picking it up and
pushing it until it does so. After you have done this, pick up the
other plank and walk over and drop it from the centre of the fist plank
so that it falls at right angles and reaches the other side over the
water. Now walk over the two planks and pick up the piece of paper.
Exit the ship and walk toward the bottom of the screen and pick up the
remote control unit. Now walk all the way back to the postal box near
the volcano.
Pick up the letter on the ground and then put the stamp on it. Now walk
over to where the Band is playing and insert the cassette tape into the
recording machine. Push the remote control unit to start recording then
pick up the tape from the machine and walk to the South and give the
music tape to the man with the ghetto blaster. Now go inside the nearby
cave and call "Help" and collect the tube of glue. Walk back to the
Band and then go left and pick up the letter and insert it into the post
box. From here, go back to the cave entrance and pick up the letter and
you will collect the Credit Card inside. Now go back to where the Band
is playing and insert the Credit Card into the slot in the door to the
right.
Enter through the door and you will then appear on top of a cloud.
Click the mouse button on the extreme left of the cloud to move forward.
Now Click the mouse button on the extreme right. Continue clicking both
to the left and then to the right until you are close enough to pick up
the bag of marbles. Now walk off the edge of the cloud and then go back
down to the entrance to the cave. Walk over to the right toward the
pile of pens and a door will appear. Go through the door and you will
then enter the Dungeon.
INSIDE THE DUNGEON
Look at the wall and then throw the tube of glue at it. Now push the
paper that you picked up from the ship into the hole and then push the
button to open the gate. Now go to the edge of the floor and throw the
bag of marbles and then throw the silver tray. Pick up the Fan and then
use your paper clip to unlock the door. Once through the door, follow
the pathway and walk back into Town.
BACK IN TOWN
Go and see Sally the Fortune Teller for the last time and give her some
more money. Now go back to the Mage once again and give him some money
and he'll then send you to the Grave Yard.
THE GRAVE YARD
Look around and pick up the bone and then fight with the bone. Now
climb out of the grave and go to the right and a vampire will appear.
As soon as you see him you must move quickly to the left and the vampire
will then fall into the open grave. Pick up the shovel and then walk to
the right and the vampire will appear again. This time you must walk
behind him and fight with the Shovel. Keep going to the right and the
vampire appears next to a grave stone. Push the grave stone and it will
fall on his foot and he will then run away. Continue walking to the
right and pick up the silver cymbals then pick up the silver cross
behind the tree and then pick up the silver coin. Now walk back to the
grave where you started from and pick up the loaf of bread and garlic.
Walk all the way to the right and then pick up the vacuum cleaner and
when the vampire appears, eat the bread and garlic. The vampire will
appear yet again and this time you must fight him with the Cross. Keep
on walking to the right and when you arrive at the gates the vampire
will appear from behind a grave stone. Now walk up behind him and then
attack him with the Cymbals. The poor old vampire has had enough (he
gives up the ghost), so he packs his bags and leaves through the gates.
Now walk through the gates and then follow the pathway. Don't worry
about the Fire Breathing Monsters, just keep going and push the next set
of gates you come to. Follow the path from here and it will lead you to
Enchantia's Palace.
ENCHANTIA'S PALACE
After you go inside the Palace, walk along the hallway and enter the
room on your left. Look underneath the window and you will notice a
ring. Pick it up and then go back to the hallway and enter the library
which is on the right. Walk between the first and second set of book
shelves and pull the book that you find and a secret passage will
appear. Go through the passage to enter Enchantia's throne room.
Enchantia will immediately summon a ghost to appear. So fight off the
ghost with your vacuum cleaner. Enchantia will summon the flames, so
you push the fire extinguisher to douse them. Enchantia will then
summon the Ice Winds so you fight them with the fan. Enchantia is now
frozen by her own spell so now you must walk over and use the ring on
her to finally lift "The Curse of Enchantia". Congratulations you have
won the game.
